The workshops teach simple historical dances that bring steps, posture, and movement principles to life, providing insight into the cultural and social background of this era.
Questions such as " Where do these forms come from?" "Why were they danced?" and "How do they relate to historical fencing?" accompany the shared discovery.
Since 2023, Sarina Wagner has been offering workshops in historical ballroom dancing internationally – including in Spain, Portugal, France, Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
The workshops are aimed at interested people of all experience levels and invite you to experience history physically, vividly and with the joy of movement.
