Introduction to Renaissance Dance

This workshop offers an introduction to the steps, movement qualities, and music of the Renaissance, based on the sources of Thoinot Arbeau. The focus lies on the interplay between music and movement — both in relation to the space and to one’s dance partner. No previous dance experience required.
